HD ALUMINUM

RAMPS

Every ToyUp ramp is cut, welded and finished by hand in the same Horseshoe Bend shop that builds the decks. 6061-T6 aluminum, 3,500 lb rated at 26°, and the only ramp on the market we'd trust bolted to our own product. Ships in 11′ and 8′. Sold with every deck. Sold on its own to anyone who's tired of ramps that flex under a UTV.

HAND-BUILT HERE.

Every other deck company on the market buys their ramps overseas and slaps a label on them. We don't. ToyUp is the only manufacturer in the industry building its own aluminum ramps in-house — same shop, same welders, same standards as the decks themselves. That's why we're willing to bolt our name to them and back them for life.

LOAD UP.

Same 6061-T6 tubing. Same 15″ deck width. Same 1″ crossmembers. Same 3,500 lb rating. The only thing that changes is length — 11 feet for lifted trucks and cabover decks, 8 feet for stock-height rigs, low trailers and utility loads. Both fold, both fit alongside the deck.

TWO METALS.

ONE REASON

FOR EACH.

We weld steel decks because a truck deck lives under load 365 days a year — it needs stiffness and fatigue life that aluminum can't touch. We weld aluminum ramps because a ramp lives in a rack most of the time and gets lifted a thousand times a season — it needs to be light enough to grab one-handed and strong enough to hold 3,500 pounds. Different jobs, different metals, same standard.

6061-T6 in the right cross-section holds its rating longer than any other loading-ramp alloy in production. That's why the FAA uses it in aircraft frames. It's why we use it in ours.

STEEL

— WHAT THEY LOAD

RAMPS THAT

DON'T QUIT.

Two decades of feedback says the same thing: once you own a real ramp, you load a lot more than the truck deck it came with. Trailers. Utility beds. Job sites. A
— USE · 01

UTVs & SXS

Every full-size RZR, Maverick, Talon, YXZ and KRX on the market runs safely up an 11′ ToyUp ramp — even the 64″ Pro R at 1,900 lb. The 15″ deck width gives you room to steer, and the 3,500 lb rating gives you room to breathe.
— USE · 02

ATVs & QUADS

Half the weight of a UTV, twice the tire bite. Our anti-slip crossmember pattern gives quad tires the grip they need without chewing up the ramp deck like expanded-metal designs do.
— USE · 03

MOTORCYCLES

Dirt bikes, adventure bikes, dual-sports. The 26° load angle at 11′ gives a stable roll-on into most lifted pickup beds without dragging pipes or footpegs.
— USE · 04

MOWERS & EQUIPMENT

Zero-turn mowers, walk-behinds, tillers, compressors. Landscapers and contractors buy our ramps in pairs — nothing else on the market holds a commercial mower at this weight without sag.
— USE · 05

ANYWHERE THAT NEEDS ONE

Trailer decks. Utility beds. Workshop floors. Barn ramps. Once you have a real ramp in the shop, you'll find work for it. Our repeat customers own two.
— DECK COMPATIBILITY

FITS EVERY

TOYUP DECK.

Every sled deck, UTV deck and ATV deck we ship comes standard with these ramps and the mounting hardware to secure them. If your ToyUp deck was built after 2001, the ramp is a direct fit — no adapters, no swaps. Broke a ramp on an older deck? We can build you a matching replacement from the year and serial number.

Own a competitor's deck? Our ramps still fit most standard hook-mount receivers. Give us your rig and we'll spec you a bolt-on replacement in five minutes.

— FEATURE BREAKDOWN

WHY THIS
RAMP

SURVIVES.

Every detail on a ToyUp ramp was drawn on a napkin, welded up, ridden hard, broken, redesigned and rebuilt over twenty-five years of shop-floor iteration. Nothing here is an accident.
— FEATURE · A

6061-T6 TUBE.

Not extrusion. Not plate. Welded tube — hollow, structural, tuned for stiffness at a weight the shoulders can carry. Sourced from American aluminum mills only.
— FEATURE · B

1″ CROSS.

1-inch crossmembers spaced tight enough that a UTV tire never falls between them, wide enough to shed mud and snow. Anti-slip pattern rolled directly into the aluminum — no bolt-on grip tape to peel.
— FEATURE · C

FOLD PIVOT.

Center-span steel pivot lets the ramp fold flat into a stack half its transport length. No pinned quick-releases to lose in the parking lot. Just fold, lift, hook it into the deck rack.
— FEATURE · D

HOOK ENDS.

Reinforced hook-and-plate ends built to grab a deck edge or tailgate lip and stay there. Rubberized contact face so the ramp doesn't scratch the truck bed or the tailgate paint.
— RAMPS IN THE FIELD EVER

EVERY LOAD.

ONE RAMP

"Anyone can bolt an imported ramp onto a deck and sell it. We don't. We weld ours next to the decks — same shop, same crew, same rule: nothing ships that we wouldn't run ourselves."
